Topladığımız veriler
Hesap: e-posta adresin ve şifren (şifre Firebase Authentication tarafından saklanır, bize açık hâlde ulaşmaz). Profil: adın, doğum tarihin, isteğe bağlı doğum saatin ve doğum şehrin, dil ve saat dilimi, ses tercihin. Ruh hali kayıtların: uygulamada yaptığın günlük check-in'ler ve niyet notların. Satın alma bilgisi: abonelik durumun (ödeme bilgilerin Apple veya Google'da kalır, bize ulaşmaz). Reklam ve cihaz verisi: reklam gösterimi için Google AdMob cihaz reklam kimliğini ve teknik bilgileri işleyebilir.
Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz
Hesabını yönetmek, sana kişisel günlük mesajlar, olumlamalar ve meditasyon sesleri hazırlamak, aboneliğini doğrulamak, reklam göstermek ve hizmeti güvenli tutmak için. Verilerini satmıyoruz.
Yapay zekâ işleme
Kişisel mesaj, olumlama ve ses üretimi için adın ve günün göksel bilgileri gibi sınırlı içerik Google'ın Gemini yapay zekâ hizmetine gönderilir. Bu içerik bizim hesabımız üzerinden işlenir.
Ruh hali kayıtları (özel nitelikli veri olabilir)
Ruh hali kaydı yaptığında seçtiğin ruh hali, o günün ay fazı ve ay burcuyla eşleştirilerek profilinde saklanır ve sana kişisel rehberlik içeriği sunmak amacıyla işlenir. Bu veriler sağlığa ilişkin veri sayılabilir. Bu nedenle yalnızca uygulamada ayrıca verdiğin açık rızana dayanarak işleriz. Rızanı istediğin zaman modreamart@gmail.com adresine yazarak geri çekebilirsin. Hesabını silmek de ruh hali kayıtlarını siler. Rehberlik metni üretmek için seçtiğin ruh hali etiketi ve ay bilgisi yapay zekâ hizmetine gönderilebilir.
ZUHA bir tıbbi ya da psikolojik teşhis veya tedavi hizmeti sunmaz. Uygulamadaki rehberlik metinleri genel bilgilendirme ve farkındalık amaçlıdır; profesyonel bir tıbbi veya psikolojik desteğin yerine geçmez.
Verilerin aktarılması
Verilerin Google Cloud ve Firebase altyapısında, Avrupa'daki (Belçika) sunucularda işlenir. Bu nedenle verilerin Türkiye dışına aktarılır.
Hizmet sağlayıcılar
Google Firebase ve Google Cloud (kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı, sunucu; Avrupa bölgesi), Google AdMob (reklam), RevenueCat, Apple ve Google (abonelik ve ödeme), Google Gemini (içerik üretimi).
Saklama ve silme
Verilerini hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklarız. Hesabını uygulamadan silebilirsin (Profil → Hesabı sil). Bu işlem profilini, ruh hali kayıtlarını ve hesabını kalıcı olarak siler. Abonelik varsa Apple veya Google ayarlarından ayrıca iptal etmelisin. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan hesap silme sayfasına bak.
Haklarının
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz etme hakkın vardır. Taleplerini modreamart@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsin.
Çocuklar
ZUHA 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamayız.
Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada ya da bu sayfada duyururuz.
PRIVACY POLICY

Data we collect
Account: your email and password (the password is stored by Firebase Authentication and never reaches us in clear text). Profile: your name, birth date, optional birth time and birth city, language and time zone, voice preference. Mood records: your daily check-ins and intention notes. Purchases: your subscription status (payment details stay with Apple or Google). Ads and device data: Google AdMob may process your device advertising ID and technical information to show ads.
How we use it
To run your account, prepare your personal daily messages, affirmations and meditation audio, verify your subscription, show ads and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.
AI processing
To create personal messages, affirmations and audio, limited content such as your name and daily cosmic context is sent to Google's Gemini AI service, processed through our account.
Mood records (may be special-category data)
When you log a mood, your selection is stored in your profile together with that day's moon phase and moon sign, and processed to provide you with personalized guidance content. This data may be considered health-related data, so we process it only on the basis of the explicit consent you give separately in the app. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to modreamart@gmail.com. Deleting your account also deletes your mood records. To generate guidance text, the mood label you choose and the moon information may be sent to the AI service.
ZUHA does not provide medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. Guidance in the app is for general information and awareness only and does not replace professional medical or psychological support.
Data transfers
Your data is processed on Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure in Europe (Belgium). This means your data is transferred outside Türkiye.
Service providers
Google Firebase and Google Cloud (authentication, database, servers; European region), Google AdMob (ads), RevenueCat, Apple and Google (subscriptions and payments), Google Gemini (content generation).
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account), which permanently removes your profile, mood records and account. If you have a subscription, cancel it separately in your Apple or Google settings. If you cannot open the app, see the account deletion page.
Your rights
Under GDPR and Turkish KVKK you may access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. Write to modreamart@gmail.com.
Children
ZUHA is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy and will announce significant changes in the app or on this page.
